Very comfortable to sit in - it had both great reclining motion and was well ventilated. I thought, what a great chair...However, about two months ago (after roughly 3 months of use), I made the mistake of leaning back too far. I didn't fall backwards, but the chair did spontaneously lock itself in the backwards position. Now its stuck that way. So, I took it to my mechanical engineer buddy, he gave it a once over, and he concluded that the dampener (the big black thing that controls pitch) had been improperly assembled at the factory. Somebody there had screwed it on cockeyed. I didn't notice it because that component came pre-assembled when I got my package. If that isn't bad enough, I actually looked up the manufacturer's website to see if I could purchase a new dampener. I emailed and called the given contact information - neither exists. The email got bounced back...
